DSP Introduction
A&D-DSP Introducing
A&D introduced “A&D-DSP” as a general term to express the realization of Model Based Development Platform and the Framework
of Software. The Platform is provided with continued development of AD5400 Series DSP on full-line, wide selection and annual
renewal basis.
The Framework of Software is provided with adaptation of MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow, and by the development of object-oriented
functional model blocks, AD-VirtualConsole (VC), and Virtual Analysis. Model Based Development is relatively straight-forward, compared to conventional development with code-based language programming, and enables the configuration of applications in a short period of time. It also enables the development of complicated advanced control strategies in a relatively short period of time.
A&D-DSP Software
Development of A&D-DSP application software is carried on based on the model based design concept. The framework of A&D-DSP is realized by placing MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow in a center and utilizing AD-VirtualConsole (GUI) and MC Ladder as sub-frames. Real-time processing function and post-process analysis function are expressed in a form of model block diagram and ladder diagram by utilizing MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow and MC Ladder. Then they are loaded into the target while utilizing Real-Time Workshop and MC Ladder as automatic-coding tools.By utilizing AD-VirtualConsole, user interface can be easily developed by arranging control components on the screen in your desired position. A series of application works can be performed without tedious coding work. Legacy applications can be linked with new applications via COM interface very effectively.
