Automatic Tensile test device for Plastic
We are very pleased to announce the launch of New Automatic Tensile test device for plastic. The automatic tensile test device, ATM-P, is used with Tensilon model RTD-1310A-PL to carry out automatic tensile tests of the plastic materials conforming to the Standard JIS-7161 (ISO527-1) "plastic-Determination of Tensile properties" by setting the samples.
With ATM-P, an operator only has to set samples in the stockers and enter test condition. The other processes of feeding samples, measuring sample size, controlling, performing tensile tests and discharging sample residues will be performed automatically. ATM-P is equipped with an air jaw for improving the data reliability in the artificial influence in the clamp of the samples. The Contact Type Elongation measuring device for distance between gauge Marks accurately detects elongation at the tensile testing of Plastic. In addition, a data processing device is employed to collect, calculate and output test data automatically by AD-5431 in advanced technology of DSP system with MSAT 0001/2 Software.
