Mechanical Exhaust Valve

Products with built-in electric exhaust valves use up batteries quickly due to electronic control.
The UM-301 has a built-in mechanical exhaust valve in the cuff tube.
This mechanical exhaust valve does not use electricity, so it can be used for long periods of time without battery replacement.

Interchangeable Cuffs

Mechanical design allows for interchangeable cuff sizes. Mechanical exhaust valves matched to each cuff size are included with the cuffs.
